Refund policy

At Accretion Portal, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined in this return policy.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must meet the following criteria:

  1. The item(s) must be in new, unused, and resalable condition, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories.

  2. The item(s) must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

  3. Certain items, such as personalized, custom-made, or digital products, may not be eligible for returns. These exceptions are clearly marked on the product pages.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • -- Log into your account on our website and navigate to the "Returns" section. Or contact us at hello@accretionportal.com 
  • -- Select the item(s) you wish to return and provide a reason for the return.
  • -- Print the prepaid return label provided and affix it to the package.
  • -- Ship the package using the provided label.

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and process the refund or exchange within 7 business days.

Refunds and Exchanges

If your return is approved, you will receive a full refund of the item price. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Alternatively, you may choose to receive an exchange for the item. If the replacement item is of a different price, the difference will be credited or charged to your account accordingly.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exceptions and Exclusions

The following items are not eligible for returns:

-- Personalized items, digital products, final sale items, etc.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy or where we suspect abuse or fraud.
